Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their aesthetic goals and medical histories.
– Perform injectable treatments, including Botox, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic procedures.
– Monitor and manage patient outcomes, ensuring safety and satisfaction throughout the treatment process.
– Educate clients on post-treatment care and expectations.
– Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, documenting treatments and outcomes.
– Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and best practices in aesthetic medicine.
– Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
– Participate in marketing initiatives and community outreach to promote services and educate potential clients.
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
– Assist with marketing efforts on social media and promotional events to attract new clients.
Qualifications:
– Current RN/NP licensure in the state of Kentucky.
– Certification in aesthetic injectables and advanced aesthetic techniques is preferred.
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medspa or aesthetic setting, ideally with a focus on injectables.
– Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
– Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to patient safety.
– Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
– Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices in aesthetic medicine.
